KAMIENNA 28 is a tribute to the traditions of Gdańsk, as a project bringing the historic buildings of the oil mill from 1846, later known as the Batycki Factory, back to life.

Today, ACCIONA is writing a new chapter in the history of this unique place. The purpose of the revitalisation project is to transform two historic buildings, connected by glazed links, into lofts – truly post-industrial spaces with a unique character. This exceptional complex will be complemented by a modern building, built from scratch, in which investment apartments will be built.
